His Excellency
Bishop del Rosario, a native of Camarines Sur, was ordained to the priesthood at the Cathedral of Nueva Caceres on March 25, 1939. His episcopal ordination took place in the
same cathedral on July 25, 1955. He was Bishop of Calbayog from 1955 to 1962, then Bishop of Malolos from 1962 to 1977. |
