His Excellency
This prelate was ordained priest on March 21, 1942 and became a bishop on January 29, 1931. In between he founded a seminary in Lipa, was once Vice-Chairman of the Superior
Court of Appeals for Marriages, Auxiliary Bishop of Malolos and later Auxiliary Bishop of Manila. He was CBCP Secretary General from 1981 to 1985 and Treasurer in 1986. |
