His Excellency
He was ordained to the priesthood in his native Holland on August 10, 1936. He was Vicar General of the Diocese of Surigao from 1945 to 1953, and was ordained bishop on June 21,
1955. He founded a seminary in 1957, and a religious congregation for sisters in 1958. He retired in March, 1993, then served as a parish priest in Tibungco, Davao City. |
