His Excellency
Bishop Raval entered the priesthood on May 22, 1952 and was appointed bishop on February 18, 1982. He spent many years in mission work in Indonesia, from 1955 to 1979. He was
once SVD District Superior in Cagayan, and was Vicar General of Bangued from 1982 until his retirement. |
