His Excellency
Born May 6, 1918, Bishop Sison grew up in Bautista, Pangasinan and entered the priesthood on March 29, 1941. He was appointed First Bishop of Tarlac on March 8, 1963. He was
ordained bishop and installed May 11, 1963. He resigned from active ministry on January 20, 1988. |
