His Excellency
A native of Bohol, Bishop Zafra entered the priesthood on March 14, 1944. He was ordained bishop on October 22, 1967 and became Bishop of Dipolog. He became Bishop of Tagbilaran
on October 20, 1986. He founded a religious congregation while in Dipolog, and has published the Catholic Almanac from 1982 up to the present. |
