Collegio Filippino honors Licentiate, Doctorate grads

The Pontificio Collegio Filippino (PCF) honored the graduates for the academinc year 2001-2002 with a testimonial and farewell dinner recently.

Fourteen priests have received their Licentiate degrees and three received their Doctorate degrees.  Among them, only one licentiate graduate will continue for doctoral studies, while the rest will be returning to the Philippines to be of better service to their respective dioceses.

After their studies, the priest-residents of the PCF left for summer pastoral ministries in the United States and for German language courses in Bonn, Germany.  During their "Pamana Night", the farewell dinner for those who will be leaving the Collegio, Msgr. Ruperto C. Santos, PCF rector, delivered a message for all the graduates.
